Rent Fairway Municipal Swimming Pool
Lights were added at Fairway Pool to illuminate the parking lot, tennis courts and swimming pool. With these new lights, Fairway Parks & Recreation offers opportunities for pool rentals! Pool rentals will be available from 8:30-10:00 P.M. on nights when Fairway is not hosting a special event. Rentals will be subject to staff and facility availability. While the snack bar will be closed, groups will be allowed to bring in food and drinks (excluding alcohol) from the outside.
Pool rentals are on a first come, first served bases. Pool rental rates are based on not more than 100 patrons (swimmers and non-swimmers). Pool rentals may only be arranged at City Hall.
Resident/Pool Member Rental Fee: $275.00
Non-resident/Non-member Rental Fee: $300.00
Pool House Room Usage Fee (if desired): $60.00
Pool rental applications may be submitted any time, however, rentals may not take place on or before Memorial Day Weekend or after August 10th. Rental applications are available on the web or City Hall.

Rent the Pool House Room at the Fairway Pool
Fairway's new Pool House Room is available all year for your indoor facility needs. Rent just half or the whole space. Access to wireless and label microphones, projector and screen are also available. Depending on your set up needs, the whole space has a maximum occupancy of 60 people. Temporary alcohol permits are available for an additional fee.
The Pool House Room is great for corporate workshops/retreats, birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, receptions and graduation parties!
If renting during regular pool hours, you can add sections of the shade trellis for private deck space! During the non-pool season, add the snack bar as a caterer's kitchen with access to refrigerators, freezers, sinks and the ice machine!
Rentals are available 7 days a week, with a 2 hour minimum time block. Renters are responsible for room set up and clean up. Rentals are non-refundable, but my be rescheduled within the same calendar year.

Rent the Large Shelter at Peterson Park
Adjacent to the Fairway Pool, Peterson Park features a large greenspace, playground and two tennis courts. Rentals are available for either half or whole day options. Reservations may be made online at any time! A temporary alcohol permit must be purchased at City Hall if the renter wants to have alcohol present. The shelter has four mounted picnic tables that can comfortably seat six adults each. Shelter rentals are great for birthday parties and other summer gatherings!
