Programs

Note:

Each child must bring a sack lunch, swimsuit, sunscreen and a towel every day. Snack will be provided in the afternoon.

Campers must be picked up by the designated end of the camp day.

Park & Recreation Program Refund Policy
Refund checks or household credit will be granted for the following reasons:

1. A 100% refund will be given to any registrant for a program that has insufficient registrations and must be canceled.

2. A 100% refund will be given to any registrant who is restricted from participating due to medical reasons (doctor’s note must be presented) as long as the request is made before the first class/meeting of the program. A prorated amount will be issued if the activity has already started.

3. For programs that are cancelled due to inclement weather, a prorated refund or household credit will only be given if a make-up date is not offered.

4. A 50% refund will be given to any registrant without reason, so long as the request is made at least 14 business days prior to the first day of the program. If the refund request is made less than 14 business days prior to the first day of the program, no refund will be issued.

Allow up to 14 days for the city to process and mail refund checks.

Fairway Parks & Recreation is committed to providing quality programs and services to our community. To maintain fairness and integrity in our registration process, we strictly enforce the following policy:
Non-Resident Misrepresentation Policy
Any individual who is found to have falsely registered for Fairway Parks & Recreation offerings as a resident of Fairway, including but not limited to:
• Fairway Pool Memberships
• Super Pass Memberships
• Baby Pool Pass Memberships
• Summer Camps
• Swim Lessons
• Swim Team
• Facility Rentals
shall be subject to penalties, including without limitation, the loss of benefit and forfeiture of all fees paid.
Verification & Enforcement
Fairway Parks & Recreation reserves the right to request proof of residency at any time. If an individual is found to have intentionally misrepresented their residency status, they may be subject to additional penalties, including but not limited to suspension from future program participation.
By registering for any Fairway Parks & Recreation offering, participants agree to abide by this policy.
